Spectra FN589 Premium Fuel Tank Filler Neck Replacement

The Spectra Premium FN589 is a direct-fit replacement fuel tank filler neck engineered to restore proper fueling function and evaporative emissions integrity. Designed to OE fit, form, and function specifications, this filler neck installs without vehicle modifications and seals the fuel system against leaks and vapor loss.

Key Features:

• OE-Match Design: Engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications for a precise, drop-in fit
• Dual-Coat Corrosion Protection: Dual-coated exterior finish provides superior resistance to rust and environmental corrosion
• Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Protection: Features ground wiring and conductive paint coating to safely dissipate static buildup generated during the refueling process, reducing the risk of spark or ignition
• Leak-Tested: Every unit is leak-tested after production to ensure it is free from fuel and evaporative emission leaks before it leaves the factory
• Fit-Verified: Fit tested on the specific vehicle application for which it was developed, confirming proper installation and alignment
• OE Fuel Cap Compatible: Tested with OE fuel caps to prevent evaporative emission failures and check engine light codes related to EVAP system leaks
• Emissions Compliant: Helps maintain evaporative emissions system integrity in states with active vehicle emissions inspection programs

A corroded or damaged filler neck is a leading cause of evaporative emissions leaks, EVAP fault codes, and fuel system contamination that can accelerate fuel pump wear. The Spectra Premium FN589 offers a reliable, quality-built solution that restores the fuel filler system to factory performance standards.
