Product Details

The Four Seasons 98594 is a new aftermarket A/C compressor built to replace the Sanden SD7H15HD unit used in Volvo heavy-duty truck applications. Engineered to meet or exceed original equipment specifications, this compressor delivers reliable climate control performance in demanding commercial and fleet environments.

This compressor is pre-charged with 300cc of PAG oil and is designed for use with R-134a refrigerant. It features a direct-mount (ADM/LDM) configuration with a horizontal cylinder head port angle and WV-style head with a 2-pad, 45-degree offset layout — ensuring OEM-correct hose routing and fitment. The 2-groove, 132mm diameter clutch assembly uses a Key RDA/Spline shaft type and Type A2 clutch configuration.
