Product Details

The Dayco BX59 Gold Label Cog V-Belt is a premium raw edge, cogged industrial V-belt engineered for demanding medium and high horsepower industrial drive applications. Part of Dayco's renowned Gold Label series, this BX-section belt delivers superior power transmission performance where temperature resistance and power capacity are critical.

Key Features:

 • Raw Edge Cogged Construction: Cog profile engineered to improve bending fatigue resistance and provide extra flexibility on smaller diameter pulleys, while also promoting cooling airflow around the belt
 • High-Performance Polyester Cord: PET polyester tensile cord provides high stability, very low tension decay, and resistance to overloads and shock loads for improved durability and reduced maintenance
 • EPDM Rubber Compound Body: Fiber-loaded EPDM rubber blend delivers a high coefficient of friction for increased power capacity compared to traditional wrapped belts
 • Oil, Heat, and Static Resistant: Formulated to withstand harsh industrial environments including exposure to oil, heat, and electrostatic buildup
 • Restricted Length Tolerance (RLT): Manufactured within restricted tolerances for precise set matching, making it suitable for OEM and multi-belt drive applications
 • BX Section Dimensions: 62 in. outside circumference, 21/32 in. top width, 13/32 in. belt depth

The Dayco BX59 Gold Label is recommended for a wide range of industrial applications including textile mills, fans, lathes, grinding machines, compressors, and pumps. It meets DIN2211 and ISO4183 pulley standards and is an ideal upgrade or replacement for standard wrapped V-belts in performance-critical drives.

So far, I really enjoyed the speedy checkout and great prices.

Ordered a sling to store my roof rack. There was an issue with the supplier which was quickly resolved by the Autoplicity staff. Great customer service -- most responsive I've ever seen.

Best prices around.

Super easy to browse web site and find the product I wanted.
The price was unmatched.
Shipping was fast and cheap.
Super shopping experience.

Great prices, helpful customer service. Ordered 2 by mistake. And they got it cleared up real fast. Saved over $80 off retail. Will be ordering from the, again!!!!!
Rather amazing and uneventful service in this day and age. Ordered a Thule bike rack for my Nissan Murano. It was in stock (unusual for high-end specialty products), shipped the next day, and was on my doorstep in a few days (excellent for a 60 lb. large box). I'd buy anything from these people without any reservation. AND, your order is insured - completely superfluous. Oh, and did I mention, the lowest price I could find ANYWHERE, and not by a few dollars - a lot.

Excellent service with the actual stock on hand, shipment was made the next day and a tracking number was provided. I have tried 2 other online supply stores which don't know what they have in stock.

Autoplicity has great prices and products are shipped promptly. My trailer hitch arrived the day after it was shipped. Autoplicity sent a tracking number. I would order again.
