Product Details

The Four Seasons 83250 is an aluminum receiver drier designed to maintain the integrity and performance of your vehicle's air conditioning system. This pad-mounted filter drier serves as a critical component in removing moisture and contaminants that can compromise A/C system efficiency and component longevity.

Key Features:

  • Aluminum construction for durability and corrosion resistance
  • Pad mount design for secure installation
  • High-quality desiccant bag for effective moisture absorption
  • Quality welds ensure leak-free operation
  • Includes necessary gaskets, o-rings, and seals for easy installation
  • Manufactured in ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001 certified facility
  • Tested, validated, and inspected before shipment

The receiver drier acts as a filter by capturing moisture and contaminants from the A/C system that cannot be removed by flushing alone. It receives and stores liquid refrigerant from the condenser, with a pickup tube and filter screen that draws clean refrigerant from the bottom to supply the expansion valve. Replacement of the receiver drier is essential when servicing the A/C system and is required to validate compressor warranty.
