Four Seasons 83151 A/C Receiver Drier Desiccant Bag - Kit

The Four Seasons 83151 is a replacement desiccant bag kit designed for use with A/C receiver driers in automotive air conditioning systems. This essential component absorbs moisture and helps filter contaminants from the refrigerant system to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

Key Features:

• High-quality desiccant material for effective moisture absorption
• Replacement element designed for receiver drier maintenance and repair
• Helps remove moisture and contaminants that cannot be eliminated by flushing
• Essential component for validating A/C compressor warranty
• Precision-engineered to Four Seasons specifications

The desiccant bag plays a critical role in protecting your A/C system by absorbing harmful moisture that can cause corrosion and reduce cooling efficiency. This replacement element should be installed whenever the A/C system is opened for service, as exposure to ambient air can saturate the desiccant material within hours, rendering it ineffective. Regular replacement ensures your air conditioning system operates at peak performance and helps prevent costly compressor damage.
