Product Details

The Standard Motor Products RY1071 is an Intermotor direct-fit replacement daytime running light (DRL) relay designed to restore proper switching function to your vehicle's daytime running light circuit. When a DRL relay fails, it can cause daytime running lights to remain on constantly, fail to illuminate at all, or operate intermittently — this relay is engineered to return your lighting system to correct operation.

Key Features:

  • Direct-Fit Replacement: Engineered to restore proper open and close functions, allowing electrical current to flow correctly across contact points
  • Durable Construction: Built with high-quality composite housing to protect against harsh under-hood temperatures and demanding operating conditions
  • Superior Contacts: Designed with brass or copper contacts where specified, providing extended wear resistance and reliable electrical conductivity with low resistive losses
  • 100% Tested: Each relay undergoes thorough mechanical and electrical switching performance verification before leaving the factory
  • Certified Quality: Manufactured at TS16949 and ISO9001 certified facilities to meet stringent automotive industry standards
  • Intermotor Quality: Part of Standard Motor Products' trusted Intermotor line, designed to work seamlessly with the vehicle's electrical system

The RY1071 is a reliable aftermarket solution for restoring full daytime running light functionality. Standard Motor Products has been a leading supplier to the automotive aftermarket for decades, and the Intermotor relay line is built to OEM-equivalent specifications for confidence in every installation.

They had great email communication and shipped my items from order number 14199 very quickly. I was very impressed with how they handled my order.

thank you

Damn fast on the shipping and great price on the item a great place to shop

Great company to order from! Low prices, wide variety of merchandise, and quick shipping!

I was looking for a present for my husband, and Autoplicity had the items way cheaper than any other site. And then I messaged them to see if they had any coupons available, and I was sent a coupon code right away. I will definitely shop here again for auto supplies.

This was my second order with Autoplicity. The first order I had to call to get an update, but just happens the part was out for delivery the day I had called. This second order went without a hitch! In both cases, shipping was fast and the products delivered at great prices, not to mention some of the best prices on shipping. I will definitely look here for my future parts needs!!

i was advised by all internet sources, and the manufacturer that the part i needed was out-of-stock and discontinued, when i used google shopping, autoplicity not only had the part but they were the most reasonably priced! my order was delivered to my door in 3 days. color me a satisfied customer, and yes i will used autoplicity again, soon!
