The Fel-Pro 1255 Engine Intake Manifold Gasket Set is designed specifically for Small Block Chevy engines with GM Vortec, ZZ4, and Edelbrock E-Tech cylinder heads. Engineered and manufactured specifically for the repair environment, these gaskets help seal imperfect sealing surfaces commonly encountered during engine rebuilds and intake manifold replacement.

Key Features:

  • Composite construction with 1.08 inch x 2.110 inch port dimensions and 0.120 inch thickness
  • Dual bolt pattern design with no exhaust crossover openings
  • Printoseal construction with beads of special elastomers around the ports for extra sealing power
  • Non-metallic, rubber-fiber base material that resists gasoline and alcohol
  • Designed so that no additional sealers are needed, with premium materials that compensate for surface imperfections
  • Rectangular tapered wall port design for optimal sealing

Installation Notes:

  • End rail seals are not included; installation should be done with a bead of silicone at the manifold ends
  • Not for use on 1982-85 fuel injection applications; gaskets fit many OE and aftermarket cylinder heads
  • Set includes two gaskets (one pair) for complete intake manifold installation
