BBK 1557 Cold Air Intake Kit for 1986-1993 Mustang 5.0L Fenderwell Style

The BBK 1557 Cold Air Intake System is a high-performance fenderwell-style air induction system specifically engineered for 1986-1993 Ford Mustang 5.0L applications. This system relocates the air filter to the fenderwell area where it can draw in cooler, denser air from outside the engine bay, resulting in measurable horsepower and torque gains over the restrictive factory air box.

Key Features:

• Fenderwell-mounted design pulls cooler air for maximum performance gains
• Powder coated chrome finish for durability and show-quality appearance
• Engineered specifically for 1986-1993 Mustang 5.0L engines
• Mandrel-bent aluminum tubing for smooth, unrestricted airflow
• High-flow reusable air filter included
• American designed and manufactured for quality and precise fitment
• Bolt-on installation with all necessary hardware included

BBK Performance has been a pioneer in cold air intake technology since the late 1980s, and this system represents decades of proven design and engineering expertise. The powder coated chrome finish not only provides corrosion resistance but also adds a clean, professional appearance under the hood. This complete kit includes everything needed for installation, making it one of the most effective bolt-on performance upgrades available for Fox-body Mustangs.
