Product Details

The Airtex 5S1127 ambient air temperature sensor (also called an outside air temperature sensor or outside temp sensor) is a replacement part that measures the temperature of the air outside the vehicle. It is also listed under the Airtex reference AX67.

Key Features:

  • Converts outside air temperature changes into electrical signals for the vehicle's computer
  • Supports the outside temperature readout on the dash or overhead display
  • Signals may also be used by vehicle systems that adjust to changing weather conditions
  • Airtex part number 5S1127, also referenced as AX67

Cross-References: 210-1043, 10248414, AN0002, SKAX67, TS5038, WT3091, WTA1145.

A replacement sensor is worth considering if the outside temperature reading is consistently inaccurate or missing. These sensors are usually mounted behind the grille or on the front of the vehicle.

Was cheaper than any other place I could find on the parts I needed. Online store is set up very well, and when I called to confirm stock, I was pleasantly surprised to speak with someone quickly who I could actually understand and converse with. I will be doing a lot of business in the future with Autoplicity.com. Thanks a lot!

Great price and good company to buy from!

I ordered CV axles from Autoplicity and had them in less than a week! Definitely the best prices for quality product on this item. Will be a return customer for sure!

I was apprehensiveness at first to make a major purchase with Autoplicity due to their extremely low price and lack of reviews. I decided to take the chance and I am very glad I did. I made my order on a Monday morning at 0900 eastern time and my product arrived on Wednesday at 3pm. The item was exactly as described and the most astonishing part is that my purchase was released from the factory less than 45 days ago. I was expecting a model that had been sitting on a shelf for the last year and needed to be updated. That was not the case. I will definitely order from Autoplicity again in the future.

Very good price. Super quick delivery. Will def. buy from them again. Highley recomend them

Sweetest price on this K&N Filter anywhere! Shipped within 24hrs too. I'm coming back to shop for my car next.
