Product Details

The Airtex 1S1356 is a replacement headlight switch and instrument panel dimmer control designed for GM medium-duty trucks. This OE-quality switch controls both the headlight on/off function and the instrument panel brightness dimmer circuit, providing essential lighting control for safe vehicle operation.

Key Features:

  • Dual-function design controls headlights and instrument panel brightness
  • Direct replacement for worn or failed factory switch
  • Engineered to meet or exceed OE specifications for fit and function
  • Includes proper connector terminal configuration for plug-and-play installation
  • Prevents headlight and instrument lighting malfunctions that can cause safety issues

This switch is a critical electrical component that restores proper lighting control when the original switch fails due to wear, heat damage, or electrical contact degradation. When headlight or dimmer switches fail, symptoms include headlights that won't turn on or off, dimmer function that doesn't work, or intermittent lighting operation. The Airtex 1S1356 provides reliable OE-quality replacement to restore full functionality.

Prices were the best I was able to find for my part!!

Autoplicity has an abundance of name brand parts at unbeatable prices. Customer service was also great to deal with. Receipt and tracking info was provided promptly.

Autoplicty had the best price by far for a transmission. Fast shipping too!<br>UNFORTUNATELY...FED-EX beat the hell out of it! It was hanging out of the box when it arrived but was not damaged other than a few scrapes. Fed-Ex is not the best way to ship 140lbs...they can't lift it! Oh, and they can't comprehend "this side up" either!
