Product Details

The Airtex 1P1220 is a premium 3-pin automotive electrical connector designed for multiple sensor applications in GM vehicles. Also known by the cross-reference number S-724, this wiring harness pigtail provides reliable electrical connections for sensors including coolant temperature sensors, throttle position sensors, crankshaft position sensors, oxygen sensors, distributor connections, and parking light circuits.

Key Features:

  • 3-pin connector configuration for versatile sensor applications
  • High-temperature PA66 nylon plastic housing for durability in harsh under-hood environments
  • Tin-plated or gold-plated copper terminals for superior conductivity and corrosion resistance
  • Resists heat, vibration, moisture, and corrosion for long-term reliability
  • Direct replacement for OEM connectors including GM 12117025 and 88862272
  • Ensures optimal signal transmission and prevents voltage drop

This connector is commonly used on Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Pontiac, and Oldsmobile vehicles from the mid-1990s through mid-2000s. Cross-references include S-724, PT2353, PT420, EC162, and SKS724. The precision-engineered design ensures proper fitment and reliable electrical performance for critical sensor connections.
