Vibrant 2995 U-J Mandrel Bent Stainless Steel Tubing

The Vibrant 2995 U-J Mandrel Bent Tubing is a uniquely designed exhaust component that combines a 180-degree bend and a 45-degree bend into one integral unit. This innovative design gives fabricators the flexibility to create up to three separate bends with substantial straight sections from each piece, maximizing material efficiency and reducing the number of welds required in custom fabrication projects.

Key Features:

• Combines 180-degree and 45-degree bends in one integral piece
• Mandrel-bent construction maintains consistent inner diameter throughout bends
• Constructed from T304 stainless steel for superior corrosion and heat resistance
• Non-magnetic alloy with high chromium and nickel content
• Ideal for custom exhaust systems, headers, downpipes, and intercooler piping
• Provides multiple bend angles and straight sections from a single piece

T304 stainless steel construction ensures this tubing can withstand the acidic, high-heat, and corrosive conditions common in exhaust and turbo applications, offering significantly better durability than mild steel alternatives. The mandrel bending process preserves the tube's inner diameter through the bends, ensuring optimal exhaust flow without restrictions.
