Product Details

The KYB Suspension SM5553 Spring Seat With Insulator is an OE-quality replacement component designed to restore proper suspension function and eliminate common noise and vibration issues. Over time, original suspension insulators become hardened and compressed, leading to clunking sounds, excessive vibration transmission, and compromised ride quality. This KYB replacement provides a direct solution to these problems.

Key Features:

  • OE-quality construction engineered for precise fitment and long service life
  • Eliminates vibration and noise caused by worn or hardened original insulators
  • Restores proper spring positioning and suspension geometry
  • Application-specific design ensures correct dimensions and load characteristics
  • Manufactured by KYB, a trusted name in suspension components worldwide

KYB spring seats and insulators are critical wear items that should be replaced during strut or shock absorber service to ensure optimal performance and prevent premature failure of new components. This part helps maintain proper spring alignment, reduces metal-to-metal contact, and provides the cushioning necessary for smooth suspension operation.

Great

The photo showed with pads but when received no pads later I read the detail info on rotors which didn't mention pads then I new it was only rotors.

Good price. Hopefully quick shipping

Good part, fast delivery

I can't wait for parts

Aaa+

Great prices!

First time user, went smooth without any issues. And lowest price

It didn't say if it was left or right rear. He just mentioned rear, so I hope it's Universal

Needed this to replace my Vue's upper spring mount. Made of strong steel instead of original nylon(?) support. Fit perfectly and secure. One note... flat spot points out towards tire, flat on strut mount points toward engine.

Very nice looking item. Now I just got to get it installed. Prompt shipping and best prices anywhere.

Ordered a product and received within 2 days. Easy transaction and quick delivery.

Best prices I could find online. Thank you

You had the lowest prices on my item that I could find.

Autoplicity has great prices on all your car modification needs.

I think I had to remind them to ship my item but once I did it shipped the next day. The package had the wrong label on it so I wondered if I got the right item but I did and all is well.
