Product Details

The Gates TCK223 PowerGrip Premium Timing Belt Component Kit delivers a complete timing system replacement in a single box, eliminating the need to source components from multiple suppliers. Designed to OE-equivalent or better quality standards, this kit ensures proper fit and reliable performance for a complete timing service.

Timing system components are engineered to wear together. Replacing only the belt while leaving worn tensioners and idlers in place risks premature failure and potential engine damage. The TCK223 addresses the entire timing system at once, giving you confidence that every critical component has been renewed.

Kit Includes:

  • PowerGrip Timing Belt – OE-quality belt engineered for precise fit and long service life
  • Tensioner Pulley – Maintains proper belt tension throughout the service interval
  • Idler Pulley(s) – Ensures correct belt routing and reduces wear
  • Detailed Installation Instructions – Step-by-step guidance for a correct, no-guesswork installation

Why Choose a Gates Timing Component Kit?

  • Single-source convenience – everything needed for a complete timing service in one box
  • OE-equivalent or better quality – Gates is a trusted OEM supplier to global vehicle manufacturers
  • Reduces the risk of repeat failures by replacing all wear-related components simultaneously
  • Includes application-specific installation instructions and, where applicable, Technical Service Bulletins

Gates is a world leader in timing belt manufacturing and timing component kits, covering a wide range of domestic, European, and Asian vehicle applications. The TCK223 is the professional's choice for a thorough, dependable timing system overhaul.

I recently needed head bolts for my 408 stroker motor that I'm building. I searched the Internet and Autoplicity had the ARP Head Bolts that I needed. Great price and quick shipping. Will definitely buy from again!!

Very satisfied! My intake shipped on Friday and I received it on Tuesday. Not only super fast shipping, but a great deal to boot!

My initial review was 1 star because I ordered a Thule rooftop cargo box, but cancelled the order after Autoplicity called me about collecting extra money to ship the item after their website did not charge me enough for shipping. After my initial review Autoplicity offered to ship the item totally free since the issue was a flaw in their website. This was unexpected, above and beyond in my opinion. I have yet to receive the item but commend Autoplicity's customer service

Great prices for the springs I got. Def. the cheapest around! Everything was fast and straight forward.

I have searched the internet for the best pricing on auto accessories and ended up at Autoplicity. I tried everything to negotiate prices with some supplies and still got the best pricing usins Autoplicity without any hassles or delays. My invoice number 9314 shows that I got a great deal thanks to Autoplicity. I will be a returning customer for my future purchases.

Best Price and good shipping price for Alaska.

Almost a perfect score! I was pleased with the customer service but knowledge about their products warranties was lacking. Other than that, the representative that I spoke with on the phone was great. He was friendly and had a good overall knowledge of the products I was asking about. Pointed me in the right direction because I couldn't be happier with my bike rack. They had the best prices, lowest shipping costs, and my order arrived a day early. Great website to work with. I will definitely be doing business again and spreading the word about Autoplicity.com.

I got all of my parts in and where happy with them. The website is about the cheapest around. Something about them really gives me a good feeling. :)
