Clevite CB-1814P-.25MM(8) High Performance Rod Bearing Set - 8

The Clevite CB-1814P-.25MM(8) is a high-performance connecting rod bearing set engineered to meet and exceed OEM standards for strength and durability. These precision-manufactured bearings utilize Clevite's legendary TriMetal construction with superior materials that protect vital engine components from the harmful effects of friction, helping extend engine life in demanding applications.

P-Series High Performance Features:

• Maximum eccentricity design for severe high-RPM applications
• Hardened steel back construction for added strength and fretting resistance
• High crush design ensures maximum bearing retention
• Reduced overlay thickness prevents overlay fatigue and hen tracking
• -.25MM undersize for use with reground crankshafts
• Sold as paired sets (two bearings for one connecting rod)

Application Guide: P-Series bearings are specifically designed for engines experiencing extremely high RPMs that cause severe rod bore close-in, typically indicated by nearly full parting line contact. These bearings provide the greatest amount of eccentricity in the Clevite high performance lineup, making them ideal for all-out racing applications where maximum oil clearance and bearing contact optimization are critical.

Important: This listing is for ONE PAIR of bearings (for one connecting rod). For a complete 6-cylinder engine, order quantity of 6. For an 8-cylinder engine, order quantity of 8.
