The Moroso 20612 is a heavy-duty truck oil pan engineered specifically for Ford 429-460 big block engines in four-wheel-drive trucks and van applications. This 8-quart capacity oil pan features a deep rear sump design with 10.75-inch depth, providing increased oil capacity for off-road use, tractor pulling, and mud truck applications where extreme conditions demand superior oil control.

  • Fully fabricated from 14-gauge steel with clear zinc finish for corrosion resistance
  • Jig-welded and block-fit to minimize warpage and ensure proper fit and sealing
  • Marine baffling design controls oil surge under hard acceleration and extreme angles
  • Accepts stroker cranks up to 4.750 inches with aluminum rods
  • 1/2-20 NPT magnetic drain plug included
  • Fits four-wheel-drive trucks and van models only
  • Works with most starter and flywheel combinations
  • Features (2) 1/2-inch NPT drain backs for improved oil return

Installation Notes:

If using a universal dipstick such as MOR-25970, a 1/4-inch NPT fitting must be welded into the side of the pan to accept it. Recommended pickup: Moroso 24504, which fits stock Ford Motorsports and Melling oil pumps. Each pan is leak-tested before leaving Moroso's factory for superior quality control.

This wet sump oil pan is designed for street/strip and off-road applications where enhanced oil capacity and control are critical for engine protection and performance. Note: Oil pan capacity does not include oil filter capacity.
