Product Details

The Moroso 21812 is a high-performance wet sump oil pan engineered for serious racing applications including drag, oval track, and road course competition. This fully fabricated aluminum oil pan is designed to maximize oil control and free up horsepower by keeping excess oil away from the rotating crankshaft assembly.

Key Features:

  • Wet sump design with advanced oil control features
  • Clears 4.125-inch stroke with most steel connecting rods
  • Fits 4-bolt Dart, GM, and Merlin main caps
  • Five trap door baffles for superior oil control during acceleration, braking, and cornering
  • Built-in crank scraper to remove oil from the crankshaft
  • Removable louvered windage tray for additional horsepower gains
  • Includes 20mm fitting for oil level sensor (optional 20mm plug No. 22738 available separately)
  • Compatible with stock dipstick
  • 1/4-inch NPT fitting for Moroso Universal Dipsticks (No. 25970, 25971, and 25973)
  • Works with most starter and flywheel combinations

This oil pan combines multiple race-proven technologies to maintain proper oil supply to the pickup while preventing oil from contacting the crankshaft. The trap door baffles open and close with oil movement to keep oil in the sump, while the integrated scraper and windage tray work together to reduce parasitic drag on the rotating assembly. The result is improved engine longevity and maximum power output under demanding racing conditions.

Great price on name brand parts. Quick shipping. Will use again for my next order of parts.

I got a cargo box from autoplicity. As far as online purchases go to delivery, everything went perfectly. The only comment I have for Autoplicity would be to send out a confirmation email when the purchase is first made. The first communication wasn't until 3 days after I made the purchase.

Best price I could find for the brand new name brand product I ordered. Fast shipping as well.
