Product Details

The COMP Cams SK31-216-2 High Energy camshaft kit is a complete small block Ford performance upgrade designed for 221-302 cubic inch engines. This hydraulic flat tappet cam delivers 212° duration on both intake and exhaust, providing improved throttle response and mid-range power without sacrificing street manners.

Complete SK-Kit Includes:

  • High Energy hydraulic flat tappet camshaft with 212°/212° duration
  • Matching hydraulic lifter set
  • Timing chain and gear set
  • Assembly lube for proper break-in
  • Installation instructions and decals

This cam is ideal for mild street performance applications and marine use where smooth idle and excellent low-to-mid RPM torque are priorities. The High Energy grind offers a noticeable performance improvement over stock while maintaining good vacuum for power brakes and avoiding emissions issues. Compatible with stock valve springs and other factory components, making it an excellent budget-friendly upgrade for classic Ford small blocks including 289, 302, and 221 cubic inch engines.

Marine Compatible: Designed for use in both automotive and marine applications where reliability and broad power band are essential.

Autoplicity has the cheapest prices around and fast shipping. I will do business with them again in the future.

Great price and super fast shipping thanks.

Reasonable prices, item shipped quickly, easy to navigate site. Shipping prices were a bit high for my liking though.

I ordered this Weathertech cargo liner (order#: 8049) on a Tuesday and received it by Saturday. Speedy delivery and absolutely love this product. It is a perfect fit and still easy to get to the storage compartment of my Rav4.
