Product Details

The COMP Cams SK21-306-4 Magnum camshaft kit delivers enhanced performance for Chrysler 383-440 big block engines with a 224/224 duration profile. This hydraulic flat tappet camshaft is designed to provide excellent mid-range torque and reliable street performance with smooth idle characteristics.

Complete SK-Kit Includes:

  • Magnum 224/224 hydraulic flat tappet camshaft
  • Hydraulic lifter set (16 lifters)
  • Timing chain set with gears
  • Assembly lube for proper break-in
  • Installation instructions
  • COMP Cams decals

This kit provides everything needed for a complete camshaft installation except pushrods and valve springs. The hydraulic flat tappet design offers low maintenance operation with no valve adjustments required, making it ideal for street applications. The 224/224 duration profile works well with stock or mildly modified cylinder heads and delivers noticeable power gains throughout the RPM range while maintaining good vacuum for power brakes.

Designed specifically for Chrysler big block 383-440 cubic inch engines. COMP Cams includes detailed instructions to ensure proper installation and camshaft break-in procedures.
