Product Details

The Dorman 784-777 is a Class 8 hex lock nut with nylon insert, designed to provide reliable, vibration-resistant fastening in demanding automotive and mechanical applications. Featuring a thread size of M10-1.25 (10mm diameter, 1.25mm pitch) and a height of 10mm, this nut meets metric fine-thread standards and is well-suited for engine, suspension, and chassis applications where a secure, non-loosening connection is required.

Key Features:

  • Thread Size: M10 x 1.25 (metric fine thread)
  • Nut Height: 10mm
  • Class 8 strength rating for high-load fastening applications
  • Nylon insert (prevailing torque) creates friction against the bolt threads to resist loosening from vibration and shock
  • Hex drive design for use with standard wrenches and sockets
  • Manufactured to precise dimensional tolerances for consistent, reliable fitment
  • Zinc or phosphate finish for corrosion resistance

Dorman's hex lock nuts with nylon ring are an excellent choice for restoration, repair, or replacement of original fasteners. Sold as part of Dorman's extensive hardware assortment, these nuts are ideal for professional technicians and DIY mechanics seeking OE-quality hardware at an accessible price point.

Good deal...hopefully it is in stock

The ordering process was pretty straight forward & simple. Searching for tires on the other hand was a bit more complicated, as the search filters didn't work so well. Shipping was fast, but there was a typo on the shipping label that caused a delay. This is what necessitated the call to customer service to correct that. Nothing bad, as we're only human, but was easily fixed with the phone call.

Parts were as advertised and arrived on time.

Part easily found. We'll see when it arrives.

Easy to use check out and great price.
