This solid flat tappet camshaft delivers 248 degrees of advertised duration on both intake and exhaust, providing a strong mid-range to top-end power increase with a smooth, aggressive idle quality.

Complete SK-Kit Includes:

  • Magnum solid flat tappet camshaft with 248/248 duration
  • High-quality solid lifter set matched to camshaft profile
  • Timing chain and gear set for precise valve timing
  • Assembly lube for proper break-in protection
  • COMP Cams decals and detailed installation instructions

This kit provides everything needed for a professional camshaft installation except pushrods, valve springs, and gaskets. The Magnum series solid flat tappet design is engineered for street/strip applications where increased horsepower and torque are desired while maintaining reasonable street manners. Ideal for engines with aftermarket cylinder heads, headers, and performance intake manifolds. Requires valve spring upgrade and proper break-in procedure for solid flat tappet camshafts.
