The Borla 400436 Specialty Muffler is engineered specifically for truck, SUV, and heavy-duty applications requiring a long-body muffler design. This universal performance muffler features a straight-through design that maximizes exhaust flow while delivering Borla's signature aggressive sound without annoying cabin drone.

Installation Notes: Un-notched necks are designed for weld-in installation. If using clamps, 3-inch wide band clamps (Borla #18006) are required. For a notched neck alternative, see Borla part #400500.

This muffler is considered an S-Type sound level when compared to Borla's 7.75-inch diameter specialty mufflers. It delivers a throaty, aggressive tone during acceleration while maintaining a smooth sound at idle.
