Product Details

The Borla 140416 S-Type Cat-Back Exhaust System delivers aggressive sound and enhanced performance for your 2011-2012 Ford F-150 5.0L. Engineered for truck enthusiasts who want a deep, sporty exhaust note without interior drone, this system features Borla's patented S-Type sound technology for an aggressive tone under acceleration that mellows at cruising speeds.

Premium Construction:

Manufactured from premium T-304 aircraft-grade stainless steel, this exhaust system resists corrosion from the inside out. Unlike mild steel or coated alternatives that deteriorate at weld points, T-304 stainless maintains structural integrity and appearance through years of exposure to exhaust gases, road salt, chemicals, and harsh weather conditions.

Complete System Includes:

  • Mandrel-bent stainless steel connection pipes for maximum flow
  • S-Type performance mufflers with patented sound technology
  • Single round rolled angle-cut exhaust tips (split rear exit configuration)
  • All necessary mounting hardware and clamps

Application Fitment:

  • 2011-2012 Ford F-150 with 5.0L V8 engine
  • Crew Cab with 67-inch bed
  • Extended Cab with 67-inch or 78.8-inch bed
  • Split rear exit configuration

Borla's computer-controlled manufacturing process ensures precise fitment and optimal exhaust flow for improved horsepower and torque. Each system is backed by Borla's Million-Mile Warranty, demonstrating their confidence in long-term durability and performance. This is a direct bolt-on replacement that utilizes factory mounting points for straightforward installation.
