The COMP Cams K31-250-4 Xtreme Energy 284H is a complete hydraulic flat tappet camshaft K-Kit designed for Ford small block 221-302 engines. This Xtreme Energy series camshaft is perfect for any street or street/strip application where both throttle response and top-end horsepower is desired. Operating in the 2300-6500 RPM range, it delivers 240° intake/246° exhaust duration at .050" lift, with valve lift of .541" intake/.544" exhaust using 1.6 ratio rockers, and features a 110° lobe separation angle.

  • Aggressive lobe design produces better throttle response and top end horsepower than other cams with the same duration at .050" lift, while delivering increased engine vacuum
