This complete kit delivers enhanced mid-range power and torque, making it an excellent choice for street/strip applications and performance trucks that demand aggressive throttle response and impressive horsepower gains.

Camshaft Specifications:

  • Advertised Duration: 278°/284° (Intake/Exhaust)
  • Duration at .050": 212°/218° (Intake/Exhaust)
  • Valve Lift: .477"/.480" (Intake/Exhaust) with 1.7:1 rocker ratio
  • Lobe Separation Angle: 114°
  • Hydraulic roller design for durability and reduced friction
  • Recommended RPM Range: 1,500-5,500 RPM

This camshaft profile provides excellent street manners with a noticeable performance idle, while delivering strong power from off-idle through mid-range. The hydraulic roller design eliminates the need for break-in procedures required by flat tappet camshafts, while providing superior valve train stability and longevity. Ideal for engines with stock or mildly modified cylinder heads, intake manifolds, and 9.0:1 to 10.5:1 compression ratios.

Application Notes: Designed for Chevrolet Big Block Gen VI engines (454ci and 502ci). May require aftermarket valve springs, retainers, and pushrods depending on cylinder head configuration. Compatible with stock or performance exhaust systems.

I ordered a hitch off of this site for Christmas, I have never heard of it nor did I know how they were, but they are great!
