The COMP Cams K11-243-4 Xtreme 4x4 hydraulic flat tappet camshaft kit is engineered for serious big block Chevrolet performance in off-road and muscle car applications. With 234° intake and 244° exhaust duration, this camshaft delivers aggressive mid-range to top-end power ideal for 396, 427, and 454 cubic inch engines running manual transmissions and 3.73 or higher rear gears.

Complete K-Kit Includes Everything You Need:

  • Hydraulic flat tappet camshaft with proven Xtreme 4x4 grind profile
  • Matched hydraulic lifter set for proper cam operation
  • High-performance valve springs, retainers, and locks
  • Valve stem seals for oil control
  • Double roller timing chain set for accurate valve timing
  • Assembly lube to protect cam and lifters during break-in
  • Detailed installation instructions and COMP Cams decals
