The COMP Cams K35-314-8 Magnum Computer Controlled Hydraulic Roller Camshaft K-Kit is a street/strip performance upgrade designed for Ford 5.0L engines from 1985-2002. This aggressive cam delivers a basic operating RPM range of 2,200-6,200, making it ideal for enthusiasts seeking serious power gains while maintaining street drivability.

Camshaft Specifications:

  • Duration at .050 inch lift: 224° intake / 230° exhaust
  • Advertised duration: 280° intake / 286° exhaust
  • Valve lift: 0.560" intake / 0.598" exhaust
  • Lobe separation angle: 112°
  • Grind number: 280HR
  • Camshaft material: Austempered ductile iron

This camshaft is engineered for computer-controlled EFI systems and works with factory Ford 5.0L roller blocks. For optimal performance, this cam requires upgraded injectors, larger mass air meter and throttle body, intake manifold, cylinder heads, headers, rear gears, and a 2500+ RPM stall converter or 5-speed manual transmission. The aggressive profile will produce a noticeable lope at idle and substantial power gains throughout the RPM range.
