Product Details

The COMP Cams K11-444-8 Xtreme Energy hydraulic roller camshaft kit delivers enhanced performance for Chevrolet Big Block 396-454 engines. This comprehensive K-Kit features a 248/254 duration camshaft profile designed to provide excellent mid-range power and throttle response while maintaining good vacuum for street-driven vehicles.

Complete K-Kit Includes:

  • Xtreme Energy hydraulic roller camshaft with 248°/254° advertised duration
  • Hydraulic roller lifters engineered for reduced friction and improved efficiency
  • High-performance valve springs with increased pressure for roller cam profiles
  • Precision-machined steel retainers
  • Hardened valve locks for secure valve train operation
  • Valve stem seals to prevent oil consumption
  • Double-roller timing chain set for accurate cam timing
  • Assembly lube for proper break-in
  • Installation instructions and COMP Cams decals

This all-in-one kit provides everything needed for a complete camshaft upgrade, eliminating the guesswork of component matching. The Xtreme Energy series is ideal for street performance applications where improved power and drivability are priorities. The hydraulic roller design offers the performance benefits of a roller cam without the maintenance requirements of solid roller setups.
