Product Details

The COMP Cams K11-470-8 Magnum Hydraulic Roller Cam K-Kit delivers enhanced performance for Chevrolet Big Block 396-454 engines with a complete, ready-to-install package. This comprehensive kit features a 252°/252° duration hydraulic roller camshaft designed to provide excellent mid-range power and torque, making it ideal for street/strip applications and performance street builds.

Complete K-Kit Includes:

  • Hydraulic roller camshaft with 252°/252° advertised duration
  • Premium hydraulic roller lifters
  • High-performance valve springs engineered for the cam profile
  • Precision valve spring retainers
  • Valve locks (keepers)
  • Valve stem seals for positive oil control
  • Timing chain set for accurate cam timing
  • Assembly lube for proper break-in
  • Installation instructions and COMP Cams decals

This Magnum series camshaft provides a smooth idle with excellent drivability while delivering strong acceleration and improved horsepower throughout the RPM range. The hydraulic roller design reduces friction and wear compared to flat tappet cams while eliminating the need for break-in procedures. I paid for 2nd day shipping and 5 days later they were shipped out. So, I should receive my rotors in a full week from when I paid for 2 day shipping. I called customer service and they discounted the shipping rate to ground service. At least they were polite and helpful in the phone.
