The COMP Cams K35-242-3 Xtreme Energy Camshaft K-Kit is a complete performance camshaft package designed specifically for Ford 351 Windsor small block engines. This hydraulic flat tappet camshaft features 224°/230° advertised duration and delivers excellent mid-range torque with strong top-end power, making it ideal for street/strip applications and performance street builds.

Complete K-Kit Includes Everything You Need:

  • Xtreme Energy hydraulic flat tappet camshaft with 224°/230° duration
  • Hydraulic flat tappet lifters
  • High-performance valve springs designed to match cam profile
  • Hardened steel retainers
  • Precision valve locks (keepers)
  • Valve stem seals for positive oil control
  • Timing chain set for accurate cam timing
  • Assembly lube for proper break-in
  • Installation instructions and COMP Cams decals

This camshaft delivers a smooth idle with a noticeable performance lope, improved throttle response throughout the RPM range, and power gains over stock. The Xtreme Energy profile is ground on a modern core with faster ramp rates for increased valve control and performance. Recommended for engines with 9.0:1 to 9.5:1 compression ratio, aftermarket intake manifold, headers, and performance exhaust system. Requires valve spring upgrade (included in kit).
