Product Details

The BBK 1556 Cold Air Intake System is designed specifically for 1986-1993 Ford Mustang 5.0L V8 engines, delivering improved airflow and performance over the restrictive factory air box. This non-fenderwell design features a powder coated chrome finish combined with a polished cast aluminum inlet elbow for both style and durability under the hood.

Key Features:

  • Non-fenderwell cold air induction design for easy installation
  • Powder coated chrome finish for corrosion resistance and show-quality appearance
  • Polished cast aluminum inlet elbow for smooth airflow transition
  • Draws cooler, denser air for improved horsepower and throttle response
  • Direct bolt-on replacement for factory air intake system
  • Reusable high-flow air filter element included

BBK's cold air intake systems are engineered to maximize airflow while maintaining proper air/fuel ratios for reliable performance gains. The non-fenderwell configuration keeps the filter under the hood and away from road debris while still drawing cooler air from outside the engine bay.
