Cometic C5696-064 Armor Clad Exhaust Manifold Gasket Set for Buick V6

The Cometic C5696-064 exhaust manifold gasket set is designed for Buick 192, 231, and 252 cubic inch V6 engines with stock and Stage I cylinder heads. This gasket set is compatible with both cast iron and aluminum cylinder heads with stock and Stage I port configurations.

Armor Clad Construction:

These gaskets feature an Armor-400 high-performance fiber core laminated on both sides with an ETP steel cover and mechanically bonded without adhesives. The Armor Clad material can withstand extreme temperatures up to 2,000°F and is compressible to seal less than perfect surfaces. Each gasket measures 0.064 inches thick and is sold as a pair.

Key Features:

• 0.064-inch thickness for optimal sealing
• Armor-400 fiber core with ETP steel laminate construction
• Withstands temperatures up to 2,000°F
• Compressible design conforms to imperfect sealing surfaces
• Suitable for turbo Buick V6 applications
• Includes pair of gaskets (left and right)
• Made in the USA

Cometic Armor Clad gaskets are ideal for high-performance and turbocharged applications where extreme exhaust temperatures demand superior sealing materials. The compressible nature of these gaskets makes them especially effective on older engines or performance builds where sealing surfaces may not be perfectly flat.
