Power Stop K637 Z23 Evolution Sport Carbon-Fiber Ceramic Brake Pad & Drilled/Slotted Rotor Kit

The Power Stop K637 Z23 Evolution Sport Brake Upgrade Kit is a complete, bolt-on braking solution engineered for daily-driven cars, trucks, and SUVs that demand more than stock performance. This all-in-one kit pairs Z23 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic brake pads with cross-drilled and slotted, zinc-plated rotors — plus all the hardware needed for a straightforward installation.

Z23 Carbon-Fiber Ceramic Brake Pads

• Proprietary carbon-fiber ceramic compound delivers significantly enhanced braking performance versus traditional ceramic pads
• Low-dust formula validated through 3rd-party on-vehicle testing — averaging 30% less dust versus OE pads
• Dual-layer rubberized shims reduce noise up to 6x more than plain steel shims for virtually silent braking
• Thermal-scorched pad surface ensures fast break-in right out of the box
• Powder-coated backing plate resists rust and corrosion, extending pad life
• OE positive mold technology ensures uniform friction density for controlled wear

Drilled, Slotted & Zinc-Plated Rotors

• Cross-drilled holes maximize rotor cooling and help dissipate heat during demanding driving conditions
• Slots expel gas, moisture, and debris to maintain a clean, consistent contact patch
• Silver zinc dichromate plating protects against rust and corrosion for lasting good looks behind open wheels
• Cast from G3000 grade iron with strict OE tolerances for a perfect, no-modification bolt-on fit
• Front rotor diameter: 12.280 in. | Rear rotor diameter: 9.650 in.
