Product Details

The Motorcraft YB-3131 A/C Compressor Clutch Coil is a high-quality OE replacement component designed to restore proper operation to your vehicle's air conditioning system. This clutch coil is a critical part of the A/C compressor clutch assembly, creating the electromagnetic field that engages the compressor pulley to the compressor shaft when air conditioning is activated.

Key Features:

  • Direct OE replacement for reliable fit and function
  • Manufactured to Motorcraft's strict quality standards
  • Restores proper A/C compressor clutch engagement
  • Designed for vehicles without auxiliary overhead air conditioning and heater systems
  • Sold as individual coil unit

When your A/C compressor clutch coil fails, symptoms typically include the air conditioning system not engaging, no cold air output, or a clicking noise from the compressor area. This genuine Motorcraft replacement coil ensures proper electromagnetic function to engage the clutch mechanism reliably, restoring full climate control capability to your vehicle.
