Clevite CB669P Connecting Rod Bearing Set

The Clevite CB669P is a precision-engineered connecting rod bearing set manufactured to exacting SAE specifications for reliable engine performance. This P-series bearing set features Clevite's proven TriMetal construction, combining a hardened steel backing for maximum strength and support, a copper-lead intermediate alloy layer for superior load capacity, and an electroplated lead-tin babbitt overlay that provides excellent conformability, embedability, and wear resistance.

Key Features:

• TriMetal construction with hardened steel back for enhanced durability and fretting resistance
• High crush design ensures maximum bearing retention in connecting rod bores
• Reduced overlay thickness helps prevent overlay fatigue and "hen tracking"
• Manufactured to SAE specifications for precise dimensional accuracy
• Complete bearing set perfectly matched for proper installation
• Available in standard size and various undersizes for rebuild applications

Clevite bearings are trusted by professional engine builders and have been used in winning Indy cars and NASCAR vehicles since 1929. The P-series represents Clevite's original high-performance bearing line, designed with maximum eccentricity for optimal oil clearance control. Each bearing set is precision-manufactured to ensure consistent quality and fit, making it suitable for both standard rebuilds and performance applications.
