Product Details

The COMP Cams SK33-241-4 Magnum camshaft kit delivers enhanced performance for Ford FE-series engines (352-428 cubic inches). This hydraulic flat tappet cam features 253° advertised duration on both intake and exhaust, providing a noticeable power increase while maintaining street-friendly drivability and idle quality.

Complete SK-Kit Includes:

  • Magnum 253/253 hydraulic flat tappet camshaft
  • Premium hydraulic lifters (tappets)
  • Timing chain and gear set
  • Assembly lubricant for proper break-in
  • Installation instructions
  • COMP Cams decals

This cam profile is ideal for stock to mildly modified engines seeking improved mid-range torque and horsepower. The hydraulic design eliminates the need for valve lash adjustments, making it perfect for daily drivers and weekend cruisers. Compatible with stock valve springs and components in most applications, though verification of valve-to-piston clearance is recommended.

Application: Ford FE-Series V8 engines including 352, 360, 390, 406, 410, 427, and 428 cubic inch displacements.
