Spectra FG03C Premium Fuel Tank Sending Unit with Strainer and Float

The Spectra Premium FG03C is a direct-fit, OE-replacement fuel tank sending unit engineered to restore accurate fuel level readings. Designed to match the original equipment it replaces, this electrical sending unit features OE-matched connectors and terminals for a hassle-free installation with no modification required.

Key Features:

• Direct-fit OE replacement — matches original equipment design and electrical connections
• Includes strainer for a clean fuel system upon installation
• Float included where applicable to the original OE design
• Complete hardware kit — comes with lock ring, O-ring, and all necessary terminals and connectors
• Feed line diameter: 3/8 in. (butt flare outlet)
• Return line diameter: 5/16 in.
• Inlet: Butt flare 1/4 in.
• Gauge type: Fuel level (electrical)
• Top front connector configuration for proper fitment
• POM construction — polyoxymethylene used throughout for durability and fuel resistance
• Carbon commutator design — provides longer service life and superior resistance to corrosive fuel compared to copper commutator OE parts

Spectra Premium fuel tank sending units are engineered to stringent tolerances by experienced engineers with deep knowledge of the OE parts they are designed to replace. The use of carbon commutator technology over the original copper design helps reduce premature failure — a known issue in late 1990s and early 2000s GM C/K truck applications.
