Product Details

The Dorman 42039 is a direct-fit replacement brake master cylinder reservoir cap engineered to match the fit and function of the original equipment cap. Designed as part of Dorman's HELP! line, this cap provides a cost-effective solution for restoring a missing, cracked, or failed master cylinder cap without replacing the entire master cylinder assembly.

A properly sealing brake master cylinder cap is a critical safety component — it prevents brake fluid contamination, stops fluid from splashing or leaking, and maintains the integrity of the hydraulic braking system. This cap directly replaces OE part number B093-49-580 (Mazda OEM reference B09349580).

Key Features:

  • Direct OE Replacement — Designed to match the fit and function of the original cap on specified vehicles
  • Durable Construction — Made from high-quality plastic for lasting performance and long service life
  • Tight Sealing — Protects the braking system by providing a secure seal against moisture, debris, and contamination
  • Cost-Effective Repair — Replace only the cap instead of the entire brake master cylinder assembly, saving time and money
  • Sold Individually — Includes one (1) brake master cylinder reservoir cap
  • Backed by Dorman's Lifetime Limited Warranty

OE Cross-Reference: Mazda B09349580 / B093-49-580

Exactly what I ordered. Arrived promptly.

Why shop on Ebay, when there is Autoplicity. Cheaper prices than Ebay, Faster shipping and good return policies.

I called to see if it would ship before I needed it to go on a trip. I gave bad information about my order, but the employee went out of his way to track down my order and made sure that it went out ASAP. Thanks guys!!!<br><br>

Arrived in 4 business days and cheapest price on the web for the part I got.

Super fast shipping, in stock, good pricing. Very happy with this order.

I'll start off saying that Autoplicity's prices are unbeatable...but, I placed my order on a Saturday night (which I know is the weekend)on a in stock part and it took them till the following Thursday to ship it out. I use my truck to make a living and was hoping to get it a little quicker, but now I'm down another 3-4 days till the part gets here. Also, I sent a e-mail on Tuesday evening regaurding my order and never got a response.

Great prices! Wonderful customer service!
