Product Details

The Gates 23452 Premium Molded Coolant Hose is a factory pre-shaped upper radiator hose engineered to deliver reliable, long-lasting cooling system performance. Constructed to meet or exceed OEM specifications, this hose is a direct-fit replacement that installs quickly and seals correctly the first time.

Gates molded coolant hoses feature an EPDM rubber tube and cover with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement — a construction specifically chosen to resist electrochemical degradation (ECD), the leading cause of coolant hose failure. The heat- and ozone-resistant cover helps the hose maintain its integrity across years of underhood exposure.

Key Features:

  • Overall Length: 25.6 in. (650 mm) centerline length
  • Inside Diameter: 1.27 in. (32 mm)
  • Position: Upper radiator hose
  • Color: Black
  • EPDM tube and cover with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement
  • Engineered to resist vacuum collapse under low-pressure conditions
  • Resists electrochemical degradation (ECD) — the leading cause of hose failure
  • Heat- and ozone-resistant cover for extended service life
  • Meets SAE 20R4 and 20R3 Type EC Class D-1 and D-2 specifications, as well as DIN 73411 Class A
  • Approved for marine applications
  • Suitable for upper, lower, bypass, heater, and other coolant hose applications
  • Not for use with fuel or oil transfer applications
  • Sold individually; hose clamps not included — Gates recommends replacing clamps each time a new hose is installed
  • Backed by a lifetime Gates limited warranty

Gates is a trusted name in automotive cooling system components, offering one of the most comprehensive molded coolant hose lines on the replacement market. The 23452 provides a confident, OEM-quality fit without a dealer visit.

Best prices. Wish you had pics of the back of the gauges.

Great prices and fast shipping!

Lightning fast service! Good prices.

Great prices and great products. When it was received, the merchandise was correct and packed well. Thanks, will be ordering oil from this buyer from now on. (order #5647)

Very good prices and good shipping prices. found my parts cheaper then any place else. Thanks to Autoplicity for filling my order #8498 of 4/02/12 quickly and accurately. I will be back.

Fast shipping and saved $60 on a $399 item. However you have to verify your part #'s with the vendor. The part discription on autoplicity sometimes is not what you get. I ordered an item that said it was an O2 plug and bung but when it showed up it was just the bung plug sold separate and customer service basically said it was my bad for not checking for a more accurate discription on the Allstar web site.
