Product Details

The Gates 22585 is a premium molded lower radiator coolant hose engineered to OEM-quality specifications. Pre-shaped to match the original equipment configuration, this curved coolant hose installs easily and delivers a precise, leak-free fit in your vehicle's cooling system.

Constructed with an EPDM rubber tube and cover reinforced with synthetic fiber knit, the 22585 resists the heat, ozone, and chemical exposure that causes premature hose failure. Gates molded coolant hoses are specifically engineered to resist electrochemical degradation (ECD)—the leading cause of coolant hose failure—ensuring long-term reliability.

Key Features:

  • OE replacement curved/molded coolant hose — lower position
  • Centerline length: 12.8 in.
  • Inside diameter: 1.38 in. × 1.62 in. (stepped/tapered ends)
  • EPDM construction resists heat, ozone, and chemical coolants
  • Synthetic fiber knit reinforcement prevents collapse under vacuum
  • Pre-molded shape ensures accurate fit and sealed connections
  • Meets SAE 20R4 Class D2 specifications
  • Color: Black
  • Sold individually
  • Lifetime Gates limited warranty

Gates molded coolant hoses are manufactured to fit upper, lower, bypass, heater, and other coolant applications with OEM-quality specifications. Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed. Not intended for fuel or oil transfer applications.

Ordered a Rampage frameless soft top for my Jeep. Smooth as silk. Price was outstanding. Order was processed and shipped very quickly and top arrived as adverstised. I would certainly do business with Autoplicity again!

gREAT SERVICE GREAT PRICE

ordered a hub rebulild kit and found Autoplicity to have the lowest price. Easy ordering and good communication re: when product shipped. Turnaround was satisfactory.

Great prices and quick service, they are now my go to shop for everything I need

Ordered the Auto Ventshade Ventvisor Deflector 4 pc. (Model 94856) for my 2000 Toyota Camry XLE. Was easy to install with no tools, just use the included strong double sided adhesive tape. Instructions that came with it could've been more detailed on where exactly to install the ventshade as I had to remove them tediously, realizing I had to put them a little higher. Also, there seems to be an unsightly gap between the front and back windows. Works as designed. Satisfied with product. Fast shipping by Autoplicity.

Very good prices. Fast shipping, will continue to order from Autoplicity and recommending to friends!!<br>
