Product Details

The Gates 19112 is a premium small I.D. molded heater hose engineered as a direct OE replacement for heater-to-pipe connections in automotive cooling systems. Factory-molded to OEM specifications, this hose delivers a precise, leak-free fit without modification.

Key Features:

  • Inside Diameter: 0.59 in. (approx. 15mm)
  • Centerline Length: 7.2 in.
  • Color/Finish: Black
  • Application: Heater to pipe connection
  • EPDM tube construction with synthetic fiber knit reinforcement and EPDM cover for heat, ozone, and chemical coolant resistance
  • Engineered to resist electrochemical degradation (ECD) — the leading cause of coolant hose failure
  • Meets SAE 20R3 EC Class D-1 specifications
  • Temperature range: -40°F to +275°F (-40°C to +135°C)
  • Suitable for coolant, water, and air applications; approved for marine use
  • Sold individually
  • Backed by Gates' lifetime limited warranty

Gates recommends replacing hose clamps each time a new coolant hose is installed. Caution: Not intended for fuel or oil transfer applications.
