Product Details

The Dayco 89301 is an automatic belt tensioner engineered to maintain optimal belt tension in your vehicle's accessory drive system. This OE replacement tensioner features Dayco's patented flat spring design that delivers consistent tension throughout the belt's life, reducing the risk of accessory bearing failure, belt squeal, slippage, and poor accessory performance caused by inadequate tension.

Key Features:

  • Patented flat spring design with rust-resistant coating for long-lasting performance
  • Heavy-duty cast aluminum spring case engineered to resist cracking under stress
  • Heavy-duty cast aluminum arm provides additional strength and minimizes distortion
  • Spring-type tensioner pulley for smooth, automatic belt tension adjustment
  • Direct OE replacement for reliable fit and function

This tensioner is designed to keep your serpentine belt at the proper tension, ensuring all belt-driven accessories—including your alternator, power steering pump, A/C compressor, and water pump—operate efficiently. The aluminum construction provides durability while keeping weight to a minimum.

Great service, bought my corner lights quickly and efficiently. Their site was easy to use, the order process was simple, and the prices were great in everything I looked at and bought. Deffinately will be using Autoplicity again!

shipped fast, cant wait to put it on the jeep, would buy from here in the future.

I'll admit to being skeptical at first, but the price was worth the risk. Turned out to be one of the best online transactions I've experienced. Received item 3 days after purchaseing and the best price I found. And I looked hard! A+

Rather amazing and uneventful service in this day and age. Ordered a Thule bike rack for my Nissan Murano. It was in stock (unusual for high-end specialty products), shipped the next day, and was on my doorstep in a few days (excellent for a 60 lb. large box). I'd buy anything from these people without any reservation. AND, your order is insured - completely superfluous. Oh, and did I mention, the lowest price I could find ANYWHERE, and not by a few dollars - a lot.
