Product Details

The Dayco 81490 is a precision-molded flexible radiator hose designed to replace straight or molded upper radiator hoses in vehicles equipped with air conditioning. This universal flex hose is engineered to provide an OE-quality replacement solution where exact-fit molded hoses may be difficult to source.

Key Features:

  • Knitted reinforcement construction prevents splitting and ballooning under pressure
  • Synthetic EPDM rubber compound resists coolants, oils, and temperature extremes
  • Flexible design allows custom routing without flattening or collapsing
  • Precision molded in standard lengths for easy installation
  • Black finish for OE appearance
  • Meets or exceeds OEM specifications for cooling system performance

This upper radiator hose provides excellent flexibility for challenging installations while maintaining structural integrity throughout the operating temperature range. The EPDM construction ensures long-term durability and resistance to environmental elements, making it ideal for both replacement and repair applications.
