Product Details

The MBRP S5306409 is a complete cat-back exhaust system engineered for 2007-2009 Toyota Tundra trucks with 4.7L or 5.7L V8 engines. This Armor Plus Series system features a dual side exit configuration with mirror polished 3.5-inch OD tips that deliver an aggressive appearance and enhanced exhaust tone.

Construction and Performance:

Built from T409 stainless steel tubing with 2.5-inch diameter piping, this system offers excellent corrosion resistance and durability. All tubing is mandrel-bent to eliminate rippling and restrictions in the bends, ensuring smooth exhaust flow for improved engine breathing, power output, and throttle response. The mandrel bending process maintains consistent pipe diameter throughout the entire system, maximizing exhaust gas velocity and scavenging efficiency.

Key Features:

  • T409 stainless steel construction for corrosion resistance
  • 2.5-inch mandrel-bent tubing for maximum flow
  • Dual side exit configuration with mirror polished tips
  • 3.5-inch outer diameter exhaust tips included
  • Bolt-on installation with factory mounting points
  • Enhanced exhaust note without excessive drone
  • Lifetime warranty coverage

Fitment Specifications:

  • 2007-2009 Toyota Tundra 4.7L V8 - Double Cab with 6ft bed or Crew Max with 5.5ft bed
  • 2007-2008 Toyota Tundra 5.7L V8 - Double Cab with 6ft bed or Crew Max with 5.5ft bed

Durability Notes:

T409 stainless steel provides reliable protection against penetrating rust in normal driving conditions. While resistant to corrosion, heavy salt exposure from winter road treatments or coastal environments may accelerate surface oxidation over time. The system is backed by MBRP's lifetime warranty against structural failure and perforation.

This MBRP Armor Plus exhaust system delivers the perfect balance of performance gains, aggressive sound, and long-term value for Tundra owners seeking to upgrade from the restrictive factory exhaust.
