Ksport CNS100-AR Rally AR Spec Asphalt Rally Coilover Kit Damping Monotube - 36-Way

The Ksport CNS100-AR Rally AR Spec Coilover System is an competition-grade suspension kit engineered from the ground up for asphalt rally racing. Featuring an extended piston stroke, reinforced heavy-duty internals, and a high-pressure monotube design, this system is built to withstand the rigors of competitive rally events while delivering precise, consistent handling on sealed surfaces.

36-Way Damping Adjustment:

With 36 levels of damping adjustment, this coilover system gives drivers the ability to dial in exactly the right balance of compression and rebound for any stage condition. Compression and rebound are adjusted simultaneously from a single knob, keeping setup changes fast and simple during competition.

Key Features:

• Extended stroke design with heavy-duty internals purpose-built for rally competition
• 36-way simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment for quick, precise tuning
• Monotube high-pressure design — oil and gas are separated within the cylinder for superior heat dissipation, finer damping control, and reduced risk of aeration and cavitation
• Large-diameter pistons provide added oil capacity for increased cooling efficiency under sustained high-load conditions
• Spring valving matched to shock damping per application for optimized ride quality and long-term reliability
• Pillowball top mounts (on select applications) preserve OEM suspension geometry while delivering direct, communicative driver feedback
• Integrated camber adjustment on applicable pillowball mounts — no separate camber kit required
• Adjustable lower mount (most applications) allows ride height changes without sacrificing suspension travel
• 6061 billet aluminum construction on mounts and major components — lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant
• Zinc electroplated steel shock body for enhanced rust and weather protection
• Integrated dust boot and bump stop — bump stop is housed inside the dust boot for a more durable, compact design that resists deterioration

Height Adjustment Note: Depending on the specific application, this coilover system may allow the vehicle to maintain OEM ride height or lower up to 3 inches from stock. Ride height compliance with sanctioning body rules is the responsibility of the competitor.
