Ksport CHD080-AR Asphalt Rally Spec AR Coilover Kit Damping Monotube - 36-Way

The Ksport CHD080-AR Rally Spec AR Coilover System is an asphalt rally competition-grade suspension kit engineered from the ground up for performance driving on paved stages. Built with extended stroke and heavy-duty internals, this system is purpose-built to handle the demands of competitive asphalt rally events while offering a high degree of driver-adjustable tuning.

36-Way Damping Adjustment:

• 36 individual damping levels allow precise fine-tuning of ride quality and handling response
• Compression and rebound are adjusted simultaneously via a single knob for fast, simple setup changes between stages

Monotube High-Pressure Shock Design:

• Oil and gas are fully separated within the cylinder for consistent, fade-resistant performance
• Dissipates heat faster and more evenly than twin-tube designs
• Allows finer damping adjustments with reduced risk of aeration and cavitation
• Large-diameter pistons provide added oil capacity for increased cooling efficiency under sustained competition use

Construction and Materials:

• Mounts and major structural components machined from 6061 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant build
• Steel shock bodies are zinc electroplated to resist rust and environmental exposure
• Valving is individually matched to the installed spring rates for optimized ride quality and reliability

Adjustability and Geometry:

• Pillowball top mounts (front and rear, application-dependent) preserve OEM suspension geometry and deliver direct, immediate steering feel
• Camber adjustment is integrated into the pillowball top mount on supported applications, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit
• Adjustable lower mounts allow ride height changes without sacrificing suspension travel

Ride Height:

• On most supported applications, the Rally Spec AR system can achieve OEM ride height or lower the vehicle up to 3 inches below OEM level
• Note: Height adjustability varies by application — competitors should verify compliance with sanctioning body rules regarding minimum ride height requirements
