36-Way Damping Adjustment

With 36 levels of damping adjustment, drivers can fine-tune suspension response to match track conditions, driving style, and handling requirements. Compression and rebound are adjusted simultaneously through a single knob, simplifying setup changes between stages or test sessions.

Monotube High-Pressure Design

The Ksport Rally AR uses a monotube shock construction that keeps oil and gas separated within the cylinder. Compared to twin-tube designs, the monotube configuration dissipates heat faster and more evenly, enables finer damping calibration, and significantly reduces the risk of aeration and cavitation — resulting in more consistent damping performance under sustained hard use.

6061 Billet Aluminum Construction

Mounts and the majority of coilover components are machined from T6-treated 6061 billet aluminum, keeping overall system weight low while providing excellent durability and corrosion resistance. Steel shock bodies receive a zinc electroplating treatment for additional protection against rust and environmental exposure. An anti-rust paste packet is also included for application to key coilover contact areas.

Pillowball Top Mounts

On supported applications, front and rear pillowball top mounts allow installation at or near OEM suspension geometry specifications. These mounts sharpen steering feel and driver feedback, and on applicable fitments, provide integrated camber adjustment — eliminating the need for a separate camber correction kit.

Adjustable Lower Mount for Height Without Sacrificing Travel

Most applications feature an adjustable lower mount design, allowing ride height changes without reducing available suspension travel — a critical advantage over fixed lower mount coilover systems. Depending on application, lowering of up to 3 inches from OEM ride height is achievable. Note: Many sanctioning bodies have rules governing minimum ride height for rally competition; confirm regulations before adjusting height.
