The Ksport Rally Spec AR (CIN020-AR) is a competition-grade coilover system engineered from the ground up for asphalt rally racing. 36-Way Adjustable Damping

With 36 levels of damping adjustment, drivers can precisely dial in suspension performance for varying road surfaces and handling preferences. The damping system simultaneously adjusts compression and rebound with a single input, streamlining setup changes during competition or testing.

Monotube High-Pressure Design

The Ksport AR system uses a monotube construction in which oil and gas are fully separated within the cylinder. Compared to conventional twin-tube designs, the monotube configuration dissipates heat faster and more evenly, supports finer damping adjustments, and significantly reduces the risk of aeration and cavitation — resulting in more consistent damping performance under sustained load.

Large-Diameter Pistons for Enhanced Cooling

Large-diameter pistons inside each shock body provide increased oil capacity for improved thermal management. Application-specific spring rates and damping settings are carefully matched to help stabilize the vehicle and absorb the irregularities of uneven rally stages.

Pillowball Top Mounts (Select Applications)

On applicable models, front and rear pillowball upper mounts allow installation to OEM suspension geometry specifications while delivering a more direct, communicative feel for sharper driver response. Where supported, the upper mounts also incorporate built-in camber adjustment, eliminating the need for a separate camber kit.

Adjustable Lower Mount for True Height Adjustment

Most applications feature an adjustable lower mount design, allowing ride height to be set independently of suspension travel — a key advantage over coilover systems that sacrifice stroke when lowered.

6061 Billet Aluminum & Zinc-Plated Steel Construction

Mounts and the majority of coilover components are machined from 6061 billet aluminum for a lightweight, durable, and corrosion-resistant build. Steel shock bodies receive a zinc electroplate finish for added protection against rust and the elements. Shock and strut valving is individually matched to the installed spring rate for optimized ride quality and long-term reliability.
