Ksport CTY080-AR Rally AR Spec Asphalt Rally Competition Coilover Kit

The Ksport Rally AR Spec Coilover System (CTY080-AR) is an competition-grade suspension kit engineered from the ground up for asphalt rally racing. Featuring extended stroke, heavy-duty internals, and large-diameter pistons, this system is built to withstand the demands of competitive motorsport while delivering precise, tunable handling on sealed-surface stages.

36-Level Damping Adjustment:

• 36 individual damping levels allow precise fine-tuning of ride and handling characteristics
• Compression and rebound adjust simultaneously via a single knob for fast, easy trackside setup changes
• Large-diameter pistons provide increased oil capacity for improved thermal management and consistent damping performance

Monotube High-Pressure Shock Design:

• Oil and gas are fully separated within the cylinder, unlike twin-tube designs
• Superior heat dissipation compared to twin-tube construction keeps damping consistent under hard use
• Significantly reduced risk of aeration and cavitation for a more reliable, consistent ride
• Spring valving is matched to each specific application for optimized ride quality and durability

Corrosion-Resistant Construction:

• Mounts and key components machined from 6061 billet aluminum — lightweight, durable, and rust-resistant
• Steel shock bodies are zinc electroplated to resist corrosion and protect against the elements
• Includes an anti-rust paste packet for application to key coilover contact points for added protection

Pillow Ball Top Mounts & Adjustability:

• Pillow ball top mounts (on applicable fitments) maintain OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, responsive steering feel
• Integrated camber adjustment on pillow ball upper mounts eliminates the need for a separate camber kit
• Adjustable lower mounts on most applications allow ride height changes without sacrificing suspension travel
• Depending on application, ride height can be lowered up to 3 inches from OEM level

Important: Kits are built to order. The AR Spec system is intended for competition use — ride height compliance with sanctioning body rules is the responsibility of the competitor. On many (but not all) applications, OEM ride height can be maintained.
