The Ksport Rally Spec AR (CNS220-AR) is a purpose-built coilover system engineered from the ground up for asphalt rally competition. Featuring extended stroke, heavy-duty internals, and simultaneous compression and rebound adjustment, this system delivers the rigorous performance demands of rally racing while maintaining the flexibility needed for fine-tuned setup changes between stages.
36-Way Damping Adjustment
With 36 individual damping levels, drivers can precisely dial in handling characteristics to suit varying road surfaces and driving styles. Compression and rebound are adjusted simultaneously through a single knob, making on-event setup changes fast and straightforward.
Monotube High-Pressure Design
The Rally AR system uses a monotube shock construction in which oil and gas are fully separated within the cylinder. Compared to twin-tube designs, this layout dissipates heat more efficiently, enables finer damping adjustments, and greatly reduces the risk of aeration and cavitation — resulting in more consistent damping performance over the course of a long stage.
Lightweight, Durable Construction
- 6061 billet aluminum used for mounts and major coilover components — lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant
- Zinc-electroplated steel shock bodies for enhanced rust protection against the elements
- Spring valving is matched to each specific application for optimized ride quality and long-term reliability
Pillowball Top Mounts (Application-Dependent)
Many applications include pillowball top mounts in both the front and rear, preserving OEM suspension geometry while delivering a more direct, communicative feel to the driver. On supported applications, these mounts also incorporate integrated camber adjustability — eliminating the need for a separate camber correction kit.
Adjustable Lower Mount for Height Tuning
Most applications feature an adjustable lower mount design that allows ride height changes without sacrificing suspension travel — a key advantage over conventional coilover height adjustment methods. Depending on application, ride height can range from OEM level down to approximately 3 inches below stock — an important consideration for competitors subject to sanctioning body ride height regulations.
